Job summary
Aretum, LLC seeks an accomplished Vice President of Growth Operations to lead the Proposal, Business Development, and GWAC/IDIQ task order response teams. Reporting to the CEO, this executive will build scalable growth through disciplined processes, governance, and analytics across the federal market.
The role requires 12+ years in federal contracting growth with senior leadership responsibility, and a hands-on approach to shaping and pursuing opportunities, account planning, and team
Qualifications
- 10+ years of federal government contracting growth, business development, or related leadership experience.
- Experience leading proposal, capture, and market intelligence functions within a federal contractor.
- Strong understanding of the federal BD lifecycle, including pipeline development and competitive intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and unify Proposal, BD, and growth teams to drive disciplined, repeatable growth.
- Oversee opportunity qualification, capture strategy, and win readiness.
- Provide governance, analytics, and cross-functional coordination for growth initiatives.
