Job summary

Power, Inc. is seeking a resourceful Growth and Proposal Operations Specialist to support business development, capture, proposal, and marketing efforts.

This hands-on role spans the growth lifecycle, from opportunity research to final submissions, with cross-functional collaboration and content development. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in proposals or related roles, strong writing and presentation skills, and experience with GovWin, SAM.gov, and Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in proposals, business development, capture, marketing, communications, project coordination, or a related role.
• Strong writing, editing, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, contributors, and deadlines while maintaining quality and follow-through.
• Strong Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills and proficiency with Excel.
• Good visual judgment and the ability to create clear, polished documents and presentations.
• Initiative and the ability to research, problem-solve, and make progress when given an unfamiliar assignment.
• Clear, professional communication skills and comfort working across different functions.
• Experience with government contracting, federal proposals, GovWin, SAM.gov, CRM/capture systems, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support capture and business development, including opportunity and market research.
• Coordinate proposal development and production, including schedules and contributor inputs.
• Draft, edit, and polish proposal, marketing, and business content.
• Create and refine proposal graphics and templates (cover pages, callouts, org charts).
• Develop PowerPoint presentations, capability statements, and one-pagers.
• Maintain libraries of proposal content, graphics, templates, and qualifications.
• Track deadlines and commitments to ensure timely delivery.
