Aretum is seeking a Vice President of Growth Operations to lead Proposal, Business Development, and GWAC/IDIQ task order response teams in the federal market. Reporting to the CEO, this executive will shape growth processes, governance, and a disciplined pipeline across sectors.

The role requires 12+ years in federal contracting growth and demonstrates the ability to drive win rates through strategic capture, pricing, and competitive intelligence.

Formación

• Experience in federal civilian, defense, homeland security or health agencies is required.
• Proven ability to manage growth pipelines, bids, and proposals.
• Strong leadership in matrix organizations and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute enterprise growth operations around BD pipelines, bids, and proposals with the CEO and senior leaders.
• Drive pipeline governance, qualification, PWIN, gate reviews, bid/no-bid decisions and executive reporting.
• Lead Proposal and Business Development Analysts, delivering high-quality proposal support and competitive intelligence.
• Strengthen account planning, capture strategy, and pursuit readiness with sector BD and Capture leaders.
• Provide oversight for priority opportunities, guiding customer knowledge, staffing, pricing, and competition.
