Job summary

Strativia in the United States seeks a Chief Operating Officer to lead customer growth strategies and operations. The role reports to the CEO and oversees multiple senior directors, driving operational excellence and program execution across a diverse portfolio of GovCon contracts.

The COO will shape process improvements, talent leadership, and governance while partnering with sales to win new business and renewals. Up to 30% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven GovCon project management, implementation and operations experience.
• Experience managing portfolios in the $50M-$300M revenue range.
• Knowledge of government business development and capture management processes.
• Strong executive presence and emotional intelligence.
• Ability to recruit, coach, and motivate staff toward operational excellence.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service delivery across all offerings for a portfolio of customers.
• Lead Directors and teams to ensure technical, schedule, and financial performance.
• Develop best practices and governance controls across the organization.
• Collaborate with HR to recruit and retain market-leading talent.
• Support pipeline, business development, capture, and bids for renewals and new revenue.
• Partner with Sales to drive growth strategies for key customers.
• Leverage agency programs and partner channels to grow opportunities.
