Qualifications

• 5–10 years of professional experience, ideally in high-growth startups or fast-paced environments.
• Former founder or early-stage operator who’s built systems, teams, or products from scratch.
• Insurance experience—P&C or insurtech is a big plus.
• Strong data orientation with analytics exposure.
• Passion for customer experience and process optimization.
• Thrives at the intersection of product, people, and systems.
• Strong communicator, project manager, and systems thinker.

Responsibilities

• Drive initiatives to improve and scale customer experience, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and solve process inefficiencies across service delivery, onboarding, and support.
• Use data, dashboards, and analysis to prioritize initiatives and align roadmaps.
• Partner with CEO/COO to track, staff, and execute strategic initiatives.
• Bridge product, operations, and customer success around customer outcomes.
• Manage internal planning cycles, meeting cadences, and cross‑department communication.
• Prepare strategic briefings and reports for stakeholders.
