Job summary

Spoks, an Austin-based startup, is hiring a full-time role for someone early in their career. Recent graduates are welcome, and no prior full-time experience or degree is required.

You'll work directly with the founder on growth, content, partnerships and operations, turning ideas into something usable, testing it, and learning from the results.

You'll collaborate with a small team across Shopify marketing, automation and merchant education, building tangible work samples you can point to.

Qualifications

• Show initiative and explain your contribution.
• Clear writing and ability to explain complex ideas.
• Comfortable talking to people and asking good questions.
• Able to work with spreadsheets and basic numbers.
• Open to iteration and feedback.
• Curious about ecommerce and growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and test landing pages and onboarding emails using AI tools.
• Explore Shopify agency partnerships and outreach.
• Create content with Content Producer for demos and articles.
• Talk with merchants to understand pain points and improve usage.
• Build simple automations and organize information for the team.
• Track results and connect to merchant interest and signups.
