Job summary

Cover Genius is transforming its GTM engine with an ABM-led inbound/outbound approach and AI-driven automation. You will architect a next-generation MarTech stack, integrating CRM and marketing automation to scale partnerships globally.

We seek a Growth Operations leader with 5+ years in high-growth B2B SaaS, hands-on ABX platforms, and a track record of building scalable AI-enabled GTM processes and dashboards for velocity and profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Marketing Operations, RevOps, or Growth Operations / Engineering in high-growth B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on ABX platforms experience (Demandbase or 6sense) including custom intent modeling.
• Experience orchestrating AI workflows and integrating AI agents with CRM systems.
• Proven ability to build a modern MarTech stack with API integrations.
• Advanced SQL and BI tool skills for attribution models.

Responsibilities

• Lead ground-up CRM, Marketing Automation, and Enrichment stack for AI workflows.
• Architect and deploy multi-agent AI workflows for top-of-funnel research and data clean-up.
• Develop AI frameworks to automate complex GTM workflows and reduce operational drag.
• Design Early Warning System by aggregating first-party signals and third-party intent data.
• Build account-to-lead matching logic and automated Plays for cross-functional actions.
• Create dashboards tracking Pipeline Velocity, LTV/CAC, and Account Engagement.
