Job summary

Collective Insights in the Atlanta area is seeking a Growth Operations Lead to build and run the systems behind how the firm grows. You will own the account management model, the reporting the Growth Office runs on, and the day‑to‑day coordination of the firm’s technology partner ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years in consulting, professional services, or a comparable environment.
• Direct experience with account planning, pipeline management, scorecards, or recurring operating cadences.
• Working proficiency in CRM reporting and data quality management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the firm’s account management model, including account tiering, scorecards, and review cadence.
• Run recurring account reviews, from materials and facilitation through to closing out commitments.
• Maintain account and opportunity data in CRM to support staging, forecasting, and reporting.
• Track the firm’s technology and channel partner ecosystem, including agreement status, program requirements, and active joint pursuits.
• Own assigned partner relationships, and support other owners by tracking commitments and closing open items.
• Publish reporting on the cadence firm leadership requires.
