Job summary

Growth Operators is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning through closeout in the Atlanta area. You will be the primary contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, driving on-time delivery, budget control, and quality standards.

You’ll implement data-driven cost tracking, manage schedules with trades, and shape standardized delivery tools. This is a rare chance to influence a growing company and help scale operations as an early team member.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in construction project management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read drawings, specs, and contracts.
• Proficient in Procore or MS Project plus Office and Excel.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication.
• Knowledge of OSHA and local codes.
• Able to manage multiple projects and adapt priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, cost reports, and billing.
• Maintain project schedules with teams and subcontractors.
• Serve as main contact for clients, architects, engineers.
• Review contracts, drawings, submittals, RFI, and change orders.
• Negotiate subcontractor and vendor agreements.
• Monitor site safety and compliance.
• Identify risks and protect scope, schedule, and cost.
• Help build standardized delivery tools and mentor staff.
