Job summary

• 5+ years of technical program management experience across cross organizational programs.
• Strong product sense and ability to understand enterprise customer needs
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with precision across engineering, product, and executive audiences, translating complex technical trade-offs into strategic decisions, and driving alignment

Responsibilities

• Drive Stripe's onboarding programs end-to-end with cross-functional teams.
• Own one of Growth's strategically important programs, including strategy and health.
• Set program strategy with Growth leadership and ensure accountability.
• Resolve cross-org ownership questions with DRIs across Growth, Dashboard, Docs, Marketing, and product teams.
• Influence roadmaps and advocate for cross-cutting investments.
