Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management experience driving cross-organizational programs.
• Strong product sense with ability to understand enterprise customer needs.
• Ability to communicate with engineering, product, and executive audiences with precision.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and building consensus across organizations with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own one of the most strategically consequential onboarding programs end-to-end.
• Set program strategy in partnership with Growth leadership and drive outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-org decisions across DRIs in Growth, Dashboard, Docs, Marketing, and product.
• Influence product and engineering roadmaps with a program-level perspective.
