Job summary

Stripe is hiring for Connected Account Onboarding Experiences, owning the products and journeys that onboard platforms safely and compliantly. You will shape experiences from sign-up to readiness, across APIs and UI, using data, research, and experiments to improve conversion while aligning with regulators and partners.

You will define strategy for standardization across geographies, with opportunities to apply AI and agentic interfaces, leading diverse teams to deliver scalable onboarding

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management or product-focused founder experience.
• Experience leading complex, multi-quarter roadmaps and aligning teams.
• Partnering with engineering, design, and data teams at scale.
• Strong analytical skills with defined success metrics and experiments.
• Clear written and verbal communication; articulate user problems and product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Set vision, strategy, goals, and roadmap for Connected Account Onboarding globally.
• Lead cross-functional execution across Connect, Risk, engineering, design, data science, and partners.
• Use funnel metrics and experiments to improve onboarding conversion.
• Translate risk and regulatory requirements into intuitive experiences across APIs and UI.
• Build scalable onboarding foundations for different platform models and geographies.
