Cenvar Roofing is seeking a Call Center Specialist in Lynchburg to be the first point of contact for homeowners seeking roofing services. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, accurate data recording, and efficient scheduling in a fast-paced setting.

You will handle high-volume calls, utilize scripts, and navigate our software systems. This is a Saturday-Sunday, part-time position (18 hours) with normal weekday support as needed.

Responsibilities
