Job summary

Stego Management Services LLC, supporting Cenvar Roofing & Solar, seeks a Call Center Specialist in Lynchburg, VA. This part-time role covers weekends, 18 hours weekly, with a schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

You will be the first point of contact, handling calls, routing, data entry, and delivering exceptional customer service to homeowners seeking roofing solutions. The position requires strong communication, experience in receptionist or call center work, and ability to type 45 WPM.

Qualifications

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to be trained on and navigate company software.
• Familiar with using email and Google Sheets or Excel.
• Ability to read a regionalized map to determine service area by branch.
• Record keeping, organization and accurate documentation.
• Must have receptionist or call center or office experience.
• Must type a minimum of 45 WPM.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working around dogs.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Identify customer needs and clarify information.
