Cenvar Roofing & Exteriors is seeking a Residential Roofing Project Coordinator in Roanoke, VA. You will drive successful installations by managing crews, schedules, and client expectations from start to finish.

The role emphasizes on-site leadership, adherence to safety, and strong customer communication to deliver exceptional results and protect property. A background in management and bilingual skills are advantageous.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor your assigned crew and job sites from start to finish per company workflows.
• Ensure installations adhere to quality and safety standards.
• Maintain clear, frequent communication with customers about progress and decisions.
• Be prepared to work Saturdays when project schedules require it.
• Identify issues in real time and escalate to General Manager when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and ensure company vehicles are orderly.
