Cenvar Roofing & Exteriors is seeking a Residential Roofing Project Coordinator in Roanoke, VA. You will drive successful installations, manage crews and sites, and ensure projects meet quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction goals.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience, a valid driver’s license, and a readiness to learn the roofing industry while upholding safety and service standards. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and room for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid driver’s license with clean background and insurable driving record.
• Background check cleared of felony convictions.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage crews and job sites from start to finish.
• Ensure projects adhere to company workflows and timelines.
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with customers on progress.
• Monitor safety and compliance with company policies.
• Address on-site issues and coordinate with General Manager as needed.
• Deliver excellent customer service to enhance brand loyalty and profitability.
• Suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and growth.
• Be available to work Saturdays when required.
• Keep vehicles and site organized and clean.
