Sam Kwainoe Insurance Agency Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in San Jose, CA to identify, attract, and develop candidates for a career in insurance.

No recruiting background is required, and sales experience is a big plus as you present opportunities and move candidates through the process. You will source candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms, conduct interviews, and guide them through licensing and onboarding while partnering with agents and leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or people-focused environments is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain insurance licenses (P&C and Life/Health) with free course.
• Confident communicator who can engage candidates and move them through interviewing steps.
• Able to manage multiple candidates and track progress with recruitment metrics.

Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, social channels.
• Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess fit.
• Build relationships with candidates and guide them through the hiring process.
• Present Farmers Insurance career and agency ownership opportunities.
• Track recruiting activity and achieve measurable goals.
• Collaborate with agents and leadership to understand hiring needs.
