The Valley District is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruiting team and help grow our network of Farmers Insurance agencies. You’ll guide candidates from initial contact through screening, licensing, and placement, collaborating with agency owners and leadership.

We value outgoing, organized, and people-focused individuals who proactively manage candidate movements, keep accurate records in Workable, and drive successful hires in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting high-volume phone screenings.
• Ability to review applications and identify strong candidates.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Source and connect with candidates through multiple channels.
• Conduct high-volume phone screenings and evaluate qualifications.
• Schedule and coordinate virtual and in-person interviews; manage communications through the process.
• Assist candidates through licensing and placement steps.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely progression.
