Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy services in skilled nursing facilities, developing treatment plans and discharge plans while ensuring quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and a valid license, with proficiency in clinical documentation and a pathway for continuing education and clinical leadership within a national rehabilitation provider.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (or equivalent) in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Computer literate with proficiency in clinical documentation.
• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license (where appropriate).

Responsibilities

• Provide Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) therapy and related services for patients while maintaining positive interactions with facilities and clients.
• Develop initial and ongoing treatment plans of care and discharge plans, and manage cases.
• Maintain professional conduct and comply with state and federal regulations regarding SLP therapy.
