Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (GA, SEMrush, Tableau).
• Experience managing paid search campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads and paid social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
• Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and data-driven decision making.
• Understanding of performance marketing metrics and KPIs focusing on ROI and campaign performance.
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication to report data insights to stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns to drive performance and meet commercial objectives.
• Own campaigns end-to-end—from strategic planning and execution to analysis and optimization to ensure alignment with brand and business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in paid media and ecommerce to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
• Develop and present insightful reports on campaign performance and recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand guidelines and messaging.
