Job summary

TurboTenant is seeking a Sr. Paid Search Manager to drive high-impact growth through strategic, analytical paid search campaigns across Google and Bing.

You will own the paid search ecosystem, optimize bidding and ad copy, and collaborate with product teams to refine funnels. Work with Google/Bing reps for exclusive insights. This hybrid role is based near Denver, CO, with weekly in-person coordination.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience owning Paid Search for B2C companies.
• Experience scaling monthly budgets over $300k.
• Strong data-backed communications and channel data ownership.
• Willingness to test ideas and work cross-functionally to drive adoption.
• Knowledge of Google Ads conversion tracking and offline conversions.

Responsibilities

• Own, administer, and manage Google and Bing Ads across multiple brands to drive new user signups and acquisition.
• Lead campaign expansion, optimize bidding, ads, and keywords to scale budgets and hit growth goals.
• Partner with marketing and product to refine funnels and understand landlord/tenant needs for conversions.
• Collaborate with Google/Bing reps for custom reporting and exclusive beta programs.
