Warby Parker is seeking a full-time optometrist to join an affiliated independent practice adjacent to a Warby Parker retail location. You will provide high-quality eye exams, prescribe eyewear, and educate patients while collaborating with store teams for an exceptional experience.

Licensed Doctor of Optometry in good standing, with ongoing CE, will be part of a forward-looking, patient-centric exam business. Growth opportunities and brand support are highlighted in the role description.

Qualifications

• Must be a Doctor of Optometry licensed in the practicing state.
• Maintain licensure in good standing and comply with CE requirements.
• Able to work collaboratively with store teams and provide exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality comprehensive eye exams and contact lens evaluations.
• Collaborate with the store team to grow the eye exam business locally.
• Prescribe eyewear and educate patients on options and care.
• Maintain accurate medical records in line with regulations and protocols.
