Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking a patient-focused, full-time Optometrist to join an affiliated independent practice adjacent to a Warby Parker store. You will practice under the clinical direction of supervising optometrists and deliver high-quality eye exams in a collaborative setting.

You will perform comprehensive exams, prescribe eyewear and eye health solutions, educate patients, and maintain detailed medical records while aligning with store goals and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctor of Optometry degree and an active license in the practicing state.
• Demonstrated commitment to patient care, teamwork, and clinical excellence.
• Ability to educate patients and collaborate with store staff to grow exam volume.
• Up-to-date with continuing education and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality comprehensive eye exams and contact lens evaluations.
