Warby Parker is seeking a full-time Optometrist to join an affiliated independent practice adjacent to a Warby Parker location. You will practice under the clinical direction of supervising optometrists and deliver high-quality eye exams while building strong patient relationships.

You will collaborate with store teams to grow the eye exam business, educate patients on eyewear options, and maintain accurate medical records in line with standards. Commitment to CE and licensure is essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctor of Optometry degree and be licensed in the practicing state in good standing.
• Not listed on LEIE and not excluded from government programs.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and CE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye exams and contact lens evaluations per protocol.
• Collaborate with store team to grow the eye exam business.
• Prescribe eyewear and eye health solutions tailored to each patient.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with standards.
• Maintain state licensure and CE requirements.
• Act as brand ambassador and educate patients and team.
• Support growth opportunities and participate in advanced training.
• Use EMR tools to streamline care and enhance patient experience.
• Deliver excellent clinical care and patient experience.
