Responsibilities

• Mission Statement: knowledge of and use of mission statement and core values.
• Guest Focus: Maintain an average score of at least 90% on Quest-for-the-Best mystery shops and respond promptly and professionally to guest feedback.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain awareness of all product information, promotions, tests and advertisements.
• Work Ethic: Support in maintaining store appearance standards through daily/weekly tasks.
• Cash Controls: Maintain cash handling within daily tolerance for over/shortages and issues.
• Merchandising: Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and housekeeping.
• Replenishment: Replenish merchandise and monitor floor stock.
• Policies and Procedures: Adhere to company policies including signing, pricing, and loss prevention.
• Sales: Complete sales transactions accurately and encourage guest purchases.
• Safety: Follow safety procedures, clean spills, use proper lifting techniques, report incidents.
• Cleanliness: Ensure store is clean and welcoming.
• Extra Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned.
