PulteGroup in the United States seeks a motivated candidate to complete sales training and learn the skills to become a Sales Associate or Consultant, with a minimum three months of training.

You will assist in interviewing prospects, support new homebuyers, back up team members, learn local markets and real estate regulations, and help with office administration. This role emphasizes communication, organization, and a willingness to learn; driving is required.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• College coursework preferred
• Valid Driver's License required
• No specific minimum sales experience required

Mansioni

• Assist in conducting interviews of prospects for current/future home sales, including model presentation
• Assist any new homebuyer or prospective homebuyer as needed
• Serve as back-up to other members of the sales team as needed
• Learn knowledge of local markets, competition, Real Estate laws/rules, public opinion, local and national trends, and governmental regulations related to home buying
• Assist with sales office administrative responsibilities as needed
