Job summary

PulteGroup in the United States is seeking a Sales Associate trainee. Primary responsibility is to complete sales training and learn the skills to become a Sales Associate (minimum of three months training required).

You will assist in interviewing prospects for current or future home sales, help new or prospective homebuyers, and support the team with local market knowledge and administrative tasks. This role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting interviews of prospects for current/future home sales, including model presentation
• Assist any new homebuyer or prospective homebuyer as needed
• Serve as back-up to other members of the sales team as needed
• Learn knowledge of local markets, competition, Real Estate laws/rules, public opinion, local and national trends, and governmental regulations related to home buying
• Assist with sales office administrative responsibilities as needed
