Job summary

Enterprise Electrical co is seeking a Project Manager II to lead electrical projects across commercial, industrial, and data center environments in the Phoenix area. You will own project lifecycle delivery, manage budgets, and drive client satisfaction from kickoff to closeout.

The role requires coordinating with field teams, contractors, and vendors, ensuring safety and quality, and mentoring junior staff. On-site work and travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of electrical construction and project execution across multiple project types.
• Ability to adapt PM approach to different delivery models (lump sum, service work, negotiated).
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, forecasts, and margin tracking.
• Deep understanding of contract administration and risk allocation.
• Ability to interpret drawings and contract documents independently.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Effective client management and communication across environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.
• Strategic problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency with PM platforms, scheduling tools, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle execution from initiation to closeout across project types.
• Own and manage project P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and margins.
• Develop and implement execution strategies including sequencing and resource planning.
• Oversee contract administration and change management.
• Serve as primary client contact and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate procurement, subcontractors, and service dispatch.
• Lead meetings and report performance, risks, and financial status to leadership.
• Ensure safety, quality, and policy compliance on all sites.
• Mentor junior PMs and ensure team development.
