Job summary

Jobot seeks a Growth-Oriented EHS Manager in Santa Fe Springs, CA. This on-site, permanent role leads safety, environmental compliance, and risk reduction across manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution.

You will work directly with facility and operational leadership to shape the EHS strategy and improve performance. Ideal candidates have 6+ years in EHS within complex industrial settings, a related bachelor's degree, and strong knowledge of OSHA/EPA/DOT.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing, distribution, or similar industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, RCRA and related programs.
• Experience with audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Ability to translate regulations into practical safety solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site's EHS strategy across manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution.
• Partner with leadership to reduce injuries, incidents, and environmental risk.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting and permitting activities.
• Develop and deliver EHS training for frontline and leadership teams.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance safety, compliance and operations.
• Lead emergency preparedness and response planning.
