Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Growth-Oriented EHS Manager to lead safety, environmental compliance, and risk reduction across our beverage manufacturing and distribution operations in Santa Fe Springs, CA.

You will drive EHS strategy, partner with site leaders, oversee audits, regulatory reporting, training, incident investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives while traveling up to 5%.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive EHS experience within manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or a complex industrial environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Engineering, Risk Management, or related discipline preferred.
• Candidates without a bachelor's degree may be considered with 9+ years of directly related EHS experience.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, RCRA, environmental compliance, and industrial safety programs.
• Hands‑on experience with audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, root‑cause analysis, and corrective‑action programs.
• Experience managing environmental programs such as wastewater, stormwater, hazardous materials, waste, or air/environmental permitting.
• Ability to translate regulations and technical requirements into practical solutions in operations.
• Strong communication and influencing skills from floor to leadership.
• Experience delivering safety training and building employee engagement around EHS initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills using EHS metrics, dashboards, and scorecards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site's EHS strategy across manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, and fleet operations.
• Partner with operational leaders to reduce workplace injuries, incidents, and environmental risk.
• Serve as a key resource for OSHA, EPA, DOT, RCRA, and other regulatory requirements.
• Lead audits, inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Manage environmental programs including wastewater, stormwater, hazardous materials, waste, and permits.
• Develop training and drive safety awareness and engagement across all levels of the operation.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting and interactions with government agencies.
• Lead emergency preparedness, response planning, and crisis-management activities.
