Job summary

CPVA Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced Community Association Manager in Richmond, VA to serve as the trusted liaison for Boards and communities in its portfolio. You will provide leadership, operational oversight, and proactive communication while ensuring boards achieve community goals.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in community association management, with CMCA/AMS credentials valued and a preference for a Bachelor's degree. Familiarity with Vantaca or similar software is a plus.

• Ability to work effectively with Boards, homeowners, vendors, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary management liaison for assigned Boards of Directors.
• Prepare for and attend Board meetings according to management agreements.
• Oversee maintenance, compliance, and operational matters within communities.
• Manage vendor relationships and assist Boards with contracts and proposals.
• Partner with accounting staff on budgets and financial oversight.
• Maintain professional communication with Board members, homeowners, vendors, and community partners.
