Job summary

Qualifications

• Background in carpentry, fabrication, or scenic construction.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Comfortable with budgets, estimates, and numerical information.
• Willing to travel and work non-standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Participate in client calls with the BD Manager and capture goals, budgets, schedules, and requirements.
• Translate inquiries into standardized formats for estimating and planning.
• Coordinate with Production, Technical Design, and other teams for pricing and proposals.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and presentation materials using templates and references.
• Maintain pipeline records and CRM data to support forecasting.
