Caribou Coffee is seeking an Assistant General Manager to grow into a district leader while partnering with the General Manager to drive store performance and community impact. You will cultivate a high-energy, guest-focused team and lead initiatives that balance speed, service, and sales goals.

The AGM role emphasizes development, strategic thinking, and cross-store impact, with a path toward General Manager as you master operations and people leadership across the store network.

Formación

• 1-3 years of prior restaurant/retail experience requiring strong customer service commitment and orientation.
• Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Demonstrates the DOING of Team Member and Shift Leader with ease, enthusiasm and excellence.
• Develops understanding of the business to the level of a General Manager over the course of a year.
