Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking an Assistant General Manager to grow into store leadership. The AGM works with the General Manager to run the store, develop the team, and create day-making experiences for guests.

Required: 1–3 years in restaurant/retail with strong customer service, ability to work early mornings, evenings, holidays, and weekends, and be at least 18. A high school diploma or GED is preferred; valid driver’s license is a plus.
