Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking an Assistant General Manager to grow future leaders, help run daily store operations, and boost guest satisfaction. You’ll partner with the General Manager to drive sales, manage inventory, and uphold brand standards while fostering a fun, inclusive team culture.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in restaurant/retail, strong customer service, and supervisory interest. Must be 18+, with a valid driver’s license and flexible availability, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of restaurant/retail experience with strong customer service
• Willing to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
• At least 18 years of age; valid driver’s license
• Supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and support team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Work with General Manager to drive store performance and sales goals
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and daily administrative tasks
• Troubleshoot issues quickly and professionally with calm and empathy
• Foster Caribou’s core values and culture in daily operations
