Job summary

RBW Logistics seeks an Operations Manager to lead a multi-client 3PL warehouse serving both B2B and B2C fulfillment. You will drive end-to-end operations, safety, and continuous improvement across high-volume activities while coordinating with IT, engineering, and finance for onboarding new clients.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, cross-functional collaboration, and strong leadership of 30+ associates across multiple shifts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or equivalent leadership experience.
Experience leading 30+ associates across multiple shifts and client accounts.
Hands-on experience with WMS systems such as Deposco or Manhattan is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end operations of a multi-client 3PL warehouse serving B2B and B2C fulfillment.
Drive safety, quality, and compliance with OSHA and client audit requirements.
Own KPI reporting, performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with IT, engineering, customer service, and finance for onboarding and go-live.
Manage labor plans and staffing to meet service levels and costs.
