Job summary

Anytime Fitness Waynesburg is seeking a Club Support Specialist who is outgoing, motivated, and people-focused. You will help grow memberships, build the personal training program, and create a club atmosphere that members love.

No extensive certifications required — bring a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong communication skills. You'll connect with prospective members, follow up on leads, introduce coaching options, and help keep the club engaging and welcoming while delivering

Qualifications

• Ability to talk with prospective members about goals, memberships, and services.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to help others.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective members through phone calls, texts, follow-ups, and other outreach activities.
• Build relationships with people in the community and generate interest in our club.
• Meet with prospective members, show them what makes Anytime Fitness special, and help them find the right membership.
• Follow up with leads and turn conversations into new memberships.
• Meet with new membership prospects for fitness consultations to learn about goals, challenges, and interests.
• Introduce members to personal training and small group training opportunities.
• Help connect members with the right coaching and fitness services.
• Build relationships that encourage members to stay engaged and see results.
