Job summary

Anytime Fitness is seeking a motivated individual with strong potential to learn and grow with us. You’ll ensure your gym is clean, runs smoothly, and that members are happy, with referrals driving growth.

You’ll focus on bringing in new members by calling prospects and guiding them to visit the gym. We teach the system and support your development as you learn about fitness, nutrition and wellness.

Our best team members ask questions, share knowledge, and help others live healthier lives.

Qualifications

• Great people skills to build strong relationships with members.
• Experience in sales (selling a product or service).
• Ability to inspire members to reach their fitness goals.
• CPR/AED certification (can be earned after starting).
• Personal trainer certification (preferred but not required).
• Degree in Exercise Science or a similar field (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

• Run a clean, well-functioning gym where members are happy and referrals grow the business.
• Grow membership by calling potential customers and guiding them to join.
