Job summary

Anytime Fitness Waynesburg is seeking a Club Support Specialist who is outgoing, motivated, and people-focused. You will help grow memberships, build the personal training program, and create a club atmosphere that members love.

No extensive certifications required — bring a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong communication skills. You'll connect with prospective members, follow up on leads, introduce coaching options, and help keep the club engaging and welcoming while delivering

What You'll Do

Help Us Grow

• Connect with prospective members through phone calls, texts, follow-ups, and other creative outreach activities.

• Build relationships with people in the community and generate interest in our club.

• Meet with prospective members, show them what makes Anytime Fitness special, and help them find the right membership.

• Follow up with leads and turn conversations into new memberships.

Build Our Personal Training Program

• Meet with new membership prospects for fitness consultations to learn about their goals, challenges, and interests.

• Introduce members to personal training and small group training opportunities that can help them succeed.

• Help connect members with the right coaching and fitness services.

• Build relationships that encourage members to stay engaged, see results, and get the most out of their membership.

Create an Awesome Club Experience

• Help create a welcoming, positive, and motivating atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors.

• Assist members with questions, account updates, and general customer service needs.

• Keep the facility clean, organized, and ready for members to enjoy.

• Assist with basic social media posts and promotional activities to showcase our club and community.

• Bring ideas, energy, and initiative to help make our club even better.
