Sellen Construction Co Inc is seeking a Senior Director of Business Development & Marketing in Seattle to shape competitive strategy and market presence. You will operate as the Chief Strategy Officer's right hand, guiding storytelling and growth across campaigns, events, and programs.

You will lead a cross-functional team to secure major contracts, expand market position, and elevate the company’s profile in healthcare, commercial, and iconic projects in the Pacific Northwest.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive BD and marketing leadership experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven success in securing contracts and building market position through strategic prepositioning and client relationships.
• Experience managing a diverse team with design, communication and marketing strategy.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities
