Job summary

Sellen Construction is seeking an EVP of Preconstruction to own preconstruction end-to-end projects, from first conceptual estimates through GMP, while expanding market presence across the Pacific Northwest and beyond.

You will work closely with the Chief Strategy Officer and CEO to shape pricing philosophy, advance alternative delivery methods, and position preconstruction as a key differentiator in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive construction experience with emphasis on preconstruction and business development leadership.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in business ownership, acquisition, market growth and new service offerings.
• Track record of revenue growth in the PNW commercial construction market.
• Experience leading large cross-functional preconstruction teams.

Responsibilities

• Own preconstruction end-to-end from initial estimate through GMP.
• Partner with CSO and CEO to shape pricing and delivery strategies.
• Expand Sellen's market presence with developers, owners, and commercial clients.
