Job summary

PCS Structural Solutions is seeking a full-time Marketing Director in our Tacoma, WA office. You will join the leadership team driving growth and brand awareness, overseeing proposals, campaigns, and a marketing team.

The role emphasizes strategic development, cross-channel campaigns, and data-driven decision making to expand our healthcare, education, commercial, civic and residential market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the marketing field.
• A/E/C industry experience is preferred.
• At least 5+ years in a leadership or managerial position.
• CPSM certification is preferred.
• Excellent writing, editing and research skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and brand positioning.
• Lead campaigns across digital, social, print and events.
• Oversee proposals, manage the marketing team and analyze data.
• Drive brand awareness to attract and retain clients.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on growth strategies.
