Sellen Construction Co Inc seeks an EVP of Preconstruction to lead preconstruction end-to-end from concept through GMP, shaping pricing philosophy and delivery strategies.

You'll partner with the CEO and CSO to expand market presence across the Pacific Northwest and beyond, guiding cross-functional teams and leveraging emerging methods to differentiate Sellen in a competitive landscape.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction, with significant tenure in preconstruction and/or business development leadership.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of work experience and education.
• Experience in business ownership, business acquisition, market growth, and the development of new service offerings.
• Demonstrated track record of revenue growth and business development success in the PNW commercial construction market.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional preconstruction teams (estimating, BIM/VDC, scheduling, procurement).

Responsibilities

• Own preconstruction end-to-end from first conceptual estimate through GMP.
• Partner with executive leaders to shape pricing philosophy and delivery models.
• Drive market expansion with developers, owners, and commercial clients across the Pacific Northwest and beyond.
