• Partner with marketing and BD leaders across subsidiaries to craft outbound strategy.
• Build full digital outreach path for each subsidiary from prospecting to BD handoff.
• Define handoff criteria, cadence, and target account lists.
• Develop repeatable outbound framework across units and audiences.
• Define buyer personas and target account segments.
• Identify budget owners and grow verified contact lists.
• Develop personalized messaging for each audience and subsidiary.
• Run multi-channel sequences across email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Test messaging to improve reply rates and pipeline contribution.
• Operate outreach tech stacks and integrate with CRMs.
• Use AI-assisted research for scalable personalization with brand standards.
• Ensure deliverability and compliance with major providers.
