Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or business.
• 7+ years in B2B digital outbound, demand generation, or sales development.
• Proven success reaching senior decision makers at complex B2B orgs.
• Hands-on with sequencing platforms, LinkedIn Navigator, and CRM tools.
• Ability to verify buyers and maintain a disciplined outreach cadence.
• Strong writing skills adaptable by persona and brand.

Responsibilities

• Lead B2B growth strategy and outbound messaging for multiple subsidiaries.
• Build and own digital outbound paths from decision maker to BD handoff.
• Define handoff criteria, cadences, and target account lists; gather feedback.
• Develop a repeatable outbound framework across services and buyers.
• Run multi-channel sequences and refine messaging for higher responses.
• Use AI for research and personalization, while ensuring brand standards.
