As the data-driven Growth Marketing Strategist, you will play a pivotal role and wear two critical hats within the Growth Marketing & Sales Organization:
- Lead strategic planning, robust analytics, and forecasting in support of the Growth team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a data expert, and a strong communicator, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights and informative executive presentations.
- Lead one of our top strategic priorities to diversify and scale our media programs, including ongoing optimization and mix allocation within core media channels (e.g., Meta, Paid Search, TikTok) and identification of new media channels for experimentation.

- Have demonstrated experience growing businesses and marketing programs at scale.

- Have experience with both digital/e-commerce and human-led, lead-based sales funnels.
Responsibilities:
Growth Business Forecasting & Data Analysis:
- Lead quarterly/annual forecast development for the Growth Marketing and Sales organization, collaborating with channel leads, and responsible for executive presentations and alignment.
- Oversee macro Growth performance (and source-level) for top-line business KPIs such as CAC, RAC, ARPC, and customer acquisition targets (# of onboards, ARR), ensuring forecast attainment.
- Lead daily governance of full-funnel metrics, from top-of-funnel (TOF) media and site activity to bottom-of-funnel (BOF) sales trends, identifying optimization opportunities and driving action.
- Collaborate closely with data engineering, business operations, and data science teams to develop and maintain relevant data queries, reporting dashboards, and data-first tools (e.g., propensity models, profiling).
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to extract actionable insights to influence Marketing and Sales leadership to challenge thinking and/or prioritize key optimization moves within their channels.
- Balance priorities and budget allocation across all sources to achieve growth targets within the guardrails of CAC & RAC goals.
Growth Media Strategist:
- Develop and lead execution of quarterly strategic media plans supporting our objective to diversify and scale media presence with a rapid “test, optimize, scale or fail” approach.
- Provide thought leadership on platform selection, media mix optimization, audience targeting, and creative approaches to drive performance across all core and experimental media channels.
- Identify and define key target audiences, and determine the most effective channels to reach them, especially in a changing privacy landscape and within evolving financial-services restrictions.
- Strategic leadership and partnership with media planning and buying agencies, as well as the Director of Content (Paid & Organic), to develop campaigns and creative assets.
- Identify and drive initiatives to tailor user experience and on-site strategy to optimize user intent and craft bespoke journeys across intent levels.
- Perform customer segmentation and cohort analysis to understand customer behavior and tailor marketing efforts.
Thought leadership and Communication:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data-driven marketing.
- Identify and evaluate new growth marketing opportunities and emerging trends.
- Research and implement the latest industry insights to enhance media and full-funnel performance.
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, including using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, and analyzing AI-driven insights.
- Proven expertise with digital media platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Paid Search, and Digital Video/CTV. Bonus if experienced with LinkedIn, Reddit, and emerging platforms.
- Experience with landing page optimizations for paid campaigns, understanding channel-specific CRO best practices.
- Experience analyzing multi-platform data insights using tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce, BigQuery, and BI tools.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities to connect with internal and external partners for omnichannel marketing programs.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
- Experience with digital and human sales funnels.
Compensation includes a base salary of $175,000 - $200,000, bonus, and equity, along with benefits such as flexible PTO, health insurance, 401(k), disability coverage, life insurance, paid parental leave, certification reimbursement, and remote work options.
