Growth Marketing Strategist (Full-Time)

Remote (U.S.-based preferred)

Full-Time | Startup | Focus: Organic Growth, Experimentation, User Acquisition

Revolve is a fast-growing startup helping everyday people sell their cars quickly, safely, and without the hassle of private sales. Now, we’re looking for a scrappy, independently driven Growth Marketing Strategist to help us scale our user base through low-cost, high-impact traction experiments.

This role is perfect for a creative, self-motivated marketer who thrives on testing ideas, moving fast, and figuring out what works without waiting for perfect conditions.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Launch non-paid growth experiments (referral campaigns, social challenges, blog funnels, etc.) to drive signups and engagement
  • Collaborate with our creative team to test growth-focused content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
  • Manage email-driven growth campaigns using ActiveCampaign (targeted outreach, re-engagement, soft launches)
  • Launch and run a micro-influencer partner program —from outreach to onboarding to performance tracking
  • Identify and test scrappy traction strategies across Reddit, Quora, LinkedIn, blog content, and community platforms
  • Write or refine messaging for emails, landing pages, and campaign copy
  • Track and report on performance metrics like user acquisition, click-through rates, and organic impressions
What We’re Looking For
  • 4-6 years experience in growth marketing, digital acquisition, or early-stage startup marketing
  • Track record of launching experiments and driving real user growth
  • Comfortable working independently and moving quickly to test ideas
  • Strong writing skills—can adapt copy based on tone, audience, or channel
  • Some experience with tools like ActiveCampaign, Airtable, Notion , and light design tools (e.g. Canva)
Bonus If You…
  • Have built a referral or influencer program
  • Have worked in marketplaces or SaaS environments
  • Understand SEO/blog content and how to tie content to conversions
  • Have used growth frameworks or conducted structured A/B testing
