We're an innovative AI startup revolutionising digital marketing, seeking exceptional marketing professionals who excel at real-time creative problem-solving during live client engagements.

About the Role:

This is not your typical marketing position. As our Creative Marketing Strategist, you'll be an integral part of our sales meetings, where you'll create and present innovative marketing solutions in real-time. Think of it as being a marketing choreographer, strategist, and performer all at once.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate actively in live sales meetings, crafting creative marketing solutions on the spot
• Think strategically and creatively under pressure while engaging directly with prospects
• Transform client challenges into innovative marketing opportunities during live discussions
• Create compelling narratives and solutions in real-time that showcase our AI technology
• Adapt and pivot marketing strategies based on immediate client feedback
• Lead dynamic brainstorming sessions during client meetings
• Execute on strategies developed during these live sessions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology or SaaS
• Applicants must hold a current Google or Meta Certification to qualify for this role
• Exceptional improvisational skills and ability to think creatively under pressure
• Strong track record of successful client-facing presentations
• Experience in live problem-solving and strategy development
• Excellent active listening skills and ability to read room dynamics
