Job summary

Cella, a randstad digital company, is seeking a details-driven growth marketing specialist to join our Marketing & Policy team. In this role, you will lead day-to-day campaign execution, owned-channel setups, and go-to-market product launches.

You will manage high-volume email and multi-channel campaigns to build product awareness and drive user engagement, freeing up core growth managers to focus on long-term strategy.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience setting up owned-channel campaigns in Braze and managing localized sends across multiple languages.
• Hard Skills: Braze campaign execution, SQL / BigQuery, Claude, and Jira/Asana experience.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional cross-functional coordination, high autonomy, resilience, and the capacity to handle tight, fast-paced deadlines and weekend campaign requests.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Setup & Lifecycle Marketing: Build, QA, and launch multi-channel, multi-step user journeys and canvases using Braze, with a heavy emphasis on email marketing.
• Technical Execution: Build and QA email templates using Liquid logic, HTML/CSS, and content blocks. Utilize SQL/BigQuery to build and validate target audience segments against exclusion lists.
• Global Coordination & Workflow Management: Coordinate with localization and engineering teams to translate sends across up to 26 languages; manage campaign calendars via Asana/Jira to prevent conflicting sends.
• Data & Process Optimization: Leverage Claude to streamline operational workflows, pull A/B testing and campaign performance metrics, flag anomalies, and optimize tactics.
