Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist (Contract) to lead day-to-day campaign execution, owned-channel setups, and go-to-market product launches. You will manage high-volume email and multi-channel campaigns to build product awareness and drive user engagement.

Work closely with localization and engineering teams to translate sends across languages, optimize campaigns with A/B testing, and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience setting up owned-channel campaigns in Braze.
• Proficiency with SQL and BigQuery for audience segmentation.
• Experience coordinating multi-language campaigns and localization workflows.
• Familiarity with Jira/Asana project management tools.

In this role, you will lead day-to-day campaign execution, owned-channel setups, and go-to-market product launches. You will manage high-volume email and multi-channel campaigns to build product awareness and drive user engagement, freeing up core growth managers to focus on long-term strategy.Responsibilities:Campaign Setup & Lifecycle Marketing: Build, QA, and launch multi-channel, multi-step user journeys and canvases using Braze, with a heavy emphasis on email marketing.Technical Execution: Build and QA email templates using Liquid logic, HTML/CSS, and content blocks.
